Designing Individual Skill Workouts for Guards presents coaches with a flexible method for designing individual workouts for their guards. The workouts are geared to enable players to improve both their work habits and their skill levels. Lasting approximately 30-45 minutes, each workout allows the individual players to focus on their personal strengths and weaknesses, while developing work habits that help the entire team prepare for competition.

Mark Campbell is the head women's basketball coach at Union University (Jackson, Tennessee), a position he assumed in 1999. Since taking over the Lady Bulldogs' hoops program, Campbell has led Union to an overall record of 291-43 (.871), including a 29-0 regular-season record in 2007-2008. His coaching achievements at the helm of the Lady Bulldogs' program includes four straight trips to the NAIA Fab Four, as well as two NAIA National Titles in 2005 and 2006. A 1994 graduate of Lipscomb University, Campbell began his coaching career as a graduate assistant on the Union men's basketball staff (1994-1996). Subsequently, he served as a full-time assistant in the Union men's program for three seasons (1996-1999), before being named to his present position.
