In conjunction with his tape for inside players, this tape incorporates the chair drills for perimeter players. More than 25 drills are demonstrated that can be used in an individual as well as team setting that will improve footwork, agility, in addition to conditioning. Areas covered include ball handling, shooting on the move, over a defender, and off the dribble; as well as dribble drive moves to the basket. These drills will improve not only the proper fundamentals but develop strong work ethic and intensity.
