Biography

Bill Herrion is the head men's basketball coach at the University of New Hampshire, a position he assumed in 2005. Before that, he held the same position at East Carolina University for six seasons. Prior to taking the helm of the Pirates' basketball program, Herrion served as the head men's basketball coach at Drexel for eight seasons (1991-1999). A 1981 graduate of Merrimack College, Herrion began his coaching career as an assistant at Worchester Polytechnic Institute. Other stops in his formidable career include stints as an assistant coach at Merrimack College, Boston University, and George Washington University.
