One of the things I hear most often from newsletter subscribers and visitors is that when they come online, they can find pieces of information about a lot of things, but the information is not cohesive. I want customers to be able to implement the flex with their teams right away if they want to. Diagrams alone are not enough to implement any offense or defense. You need to know how to implement.

• This particular product includes presentations on the basic flex, 10 drills that break the offense down into parts and put it back together, and 11 set plays to run out of the offense that provide enough variety for it to be effective against different defenses and at all levels, from 5th grade to college. I’ve added a 37 page eBook to the 99 minutes of narrated videos.
