New Coaching Store with eBooks, coaching videos, HoopClinics, and equipment open now
I’ve just finished up a new Coaches Shop for Perfect Practice and HoopClinics. You’ll find some fanntasticc coaching videos, as well as eBooks, books, HoopClinics materials, and coaching equipment. The new shop is more secure and stores order records as well as links for download purchases.
After asking customers for feedback on what they are looking for when they shop online, the most consistent theme has been an understandable one; you don’t want to get ripped off! Completely understandable! To help ease your fears, I’ve included two guarantees on every purchase.
The first is pretty standard: Every purchase includes a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee good for 60 days. If you don’t feel that you’ve purchased a top-quality product, just request a full refund and I’ll provide it right away, no questions asked, for the full cost of the purchase.
The second guarantee is the only one of its kind; I included it because I recognize that purchasing online comes with a certain amount of justified skepticism - so I’ve reversed the risk, taking it off of your shoulders and putting it on mine the best way I know how: by offering a 125%” Air Ball” Guarantee. What dies that mean? First, it acknowledges that mistakes do happen - anybody who sells anything online and pretends that mistakes never happen is lying through their teeth. On the rare occasion that mistake does occur - I’ll fix it immediately. If you aren’t satisfied with the solution - I’ll give you a 125% refund, again with no questions asked.
I told a friend about this guarantee; her rersponse was: well, it does put the risk on you and takes it off of the customer’s shoulders, but its a little risky. People might not believe it.
My response: I don’t offer a 125% refund to be outrageous, but I do want it to catch your attention - to let you know that I’m aware of your concerns, and that I see them as valid. A 125% refund is offered to take away your concerns by reversing the risk. Mistakes are rare, but if they do happen, I am the one who loses, not you.
Will I follow through on this? Of course I will, every single time. Perfect Practice and HoopClinics are both built on the idea and strength of community. I don’t want to lose the respect oif that community. Plus, there are several places for customers to provide visible feedback - the forums, after every web page - there’s even a product review AND tell-a-friend form for every product. I wouldn’t offer so many places for visitors and customers to give feedback if I didn’t intend to live up to my guarantee.
